advert - the DAAdvertisement received from the new DA.

handleMessage

                                                throws ServiceLocationException

handle a message dispatched by SLPCore.

Parameters:

msg - the message.

Returns:

the reply message or null.

Throws:

ServiceLocationException - if something goes wrong.
